When the skin of the prepuce covers the glans of penis, and it does not retracts back painlessly, in flaccid condition or in erection giving to painful intercourse. This condition is known as PHIMOSIS.
Operation required is known as Circumcision.

2. PENOSCROTAL WEBBING :
In some males scrotum extends up the underside of the penis, creating an indistinct junction between the penis and scrotum. This penoscrotal webbing makes the penis appear short on its undersurface. It can also cause discomfort with intercourse.
