Procedure for appointment :

1. Patient needs to send pictures of the parts to get cosmetic surgery done.

2. Specify in text what is required.

3. Send his/her medical record by filling attached performa

4. I will reply to all queries, after receiving needed information.

5. Actual cost involved is quoted [ no estimate]

6. Required time schedule explained. Hospital stay time and subsequent rest as needed.

7. If patient feels comfortable, he/she writes me preferable dates.

8. Dates are Okayed, if available, or, alternative dates suggested.

9. Upon agreeing the dates, patient is required to send a token amount by western union money transfer, or in cash by sending their representative - appointment is fixed. Fixed date and time of reaching hospital is written and explained.

10. Those who require pick up is also arranged.
